The location, cleanliness, perfect. Bed really comfy, kitchen fairly well stocked for a few days’ stay. The view during the day was impressive. At night, it was absolutely stunning. Good sized balcony for watching the city lights. Well noise-proofed.
Getting the keys was a bit tricky. As a single woman I was not comfortable walking the four minutes to and from the shop to pick up the keys. It was late at night in an unfamiliar area. If they keys could be made available closer to the address, if there were blackout curtains in the living room and bedroom (it was too bright in the morning) and if there was an ice tray in the freezer - I would give 10/10

Excellent location, trams right out front and pub across the road
Bedrooms were very light as no curtains just a thin roller blind, making sleeping in difficult.

The location was great once we found it. The view was great which is how the apartment is sold. Close to many restaurants and tram lines.
Getting the keys from a convenience store two blocks away was not great, we then had to trek uphill to find the building which also housed other apartments. We tried to get another set of keys as this was a two bedroomed apartment and we needed to be independent. However they could not provide so we always had to meet up to return to the apartment to access the lifts as the apartment is on the 27th floor!
