Очень уютная и чистая гостиница «Амал»Отличное расположение — прямо напротив главной мечети. Номера уютные, всё аккуратно и чисто. Персонал очень приветливый и готов помочь во всём. Остались только приятные впечатления, обязательно будем рекомендовать!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Hotel Amal I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Amal in Astana. The hotel is in a great location on the left bank, right along Mangilik El Avenue, making it very convenient to get around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any request. I especially appreciated the warm hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere. Thank you to the entire Hotel Amal team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Astana!

Exactly as described and reviewed. Clean, close to airport. Quiet. Nice aircon. Small shop nearby for essentials. Bathrooms great. Staff nice enough.

I asked through booking for a late checkout - the reply said it was granted. At the property I was told I needed to pay for a half-day to stay an extra 3 hours. Which I was happy to do - but I thought it was dishonest, any prices should be advertised as such or written in the message, not at check-in when it’s already been agreed on.

Хорошая маленькая уютная гостиница перед вылетом. Близко к аэропорту. Да, вокруг небогатый выбор мест для посещения или пропитания, но есть небольшой продуктовый магазин в этом же доме. в Коридоре микроволновка, кофе, чай вода. Свежий ремонт. Через дорогу большая красивая мечеть. С отчетными документами тоже нет никаких вопросов.
