Basic studio flat in great location

The apartment was a quick walk from the station, very easy to find and very central. Short distance from all amenities, it was clean and had basics like a small kitchenette and coffee machine which made staying 4 days much mor3 convenient than a hotel room.

The bed was uncomfortable, two single mattresses not one queen size, the shower ran out of hot water after one shower, there was only one pillow each and there was not a hair dryer so I had to go buy one which is not ideal. The owner also said I had to leave cash for a tourist tax which tbh should be included in the fee for the booking.

Excellent séjour, très bien placé en ville dans une rue calme

Idéalement placé dans Mons, en centre ville et non loin de la gare. Petits détails qui le rendent excellent : - l eau et le chauffage sont électriques et c est un sacré avantage quand il y a une panne totale de gaz dans la ville - le propriétaire avait laissé des dosettes de café, c est toujours un souci de moins quand on arrive pour un court séjour. Le propriétaire est très réactif et disponible. Je recommande

voilà un logement que nous ne réserverons plus!

nous avons apprécier la personne chargée de l'entretien , très gentille et très serviable,,,

l'escalier d'accès était très raide , étroit et dangereux, et pas renseigné comme tel. l'eau chaude ne permettait qu'une faible douche rapide et... eau froide! beaucoup de tache d'humidité dans la pièce et dans la salle de bain. la rue est en travaux et difficile à pratiquer .

De lokatie is geweldig, op loopafstand van het station en tegen het centrum aan. Bed lag prima, goede douche.

Studio pour se sentir chez soi même pour une soirée et nuit, relax.

Hôte réactif et donnant toutes infos utiles Logem spacieux, juste tout ce dont on a besoin pour confort, sans exagérer . Déco idem, juste ce qu’il faut pour se sentir chez soi. Emplacement idéal au centre de mons, lumineux, en hauteur et sans trop de bruit de la rue.

dommage que tout se fasse désormais sans croiser/ sans présence de hôte ! Eventuellem préciser que les escaliers d’accès à l’appart sont raides.

Une communication claire,l’emplacement à deux pas de la place, appartement est propre et confortable. Café, thé et bouteille d’eau gratuite. Je recommande l’endroit sans hésitation.

Tres peu agréable.

La situation, c’est bien le seul atout de cet appartement.

Avant tout, odeur très désagréable d’humidité et d’égouts provenant de la salle de bain et infectant tout l’appartement. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain. / Lit peu confortable avec des oreillers premiers prix. / Cuisine très peu équipée. Hôte peu enclin à la conversation et aux remarques.
