Great apartment, lots of space and good location

A lovely big apartment with 2 bedrooms and lots of space. Amazing character and a unique stay. Location is opposite a petrol station which sells amenities and a big shop is just a 2 min walk away. Great location, nice and quiet and the apartment is lovely and warm. Stairs are a little steep but you get used to them. Overall a greag stay, and the host is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

A fully equipped kitchen but no plates. Only a few tv channels as the others did not work.

A casa é muito agradável, tem muita luz e a decoração é simples e bonita. As comodidades apresentadas corresponderam à realidade. O proprietário foi muito simpático e afável.

Sehr toller Luxus Urlaub in Belgien

Wohnen auf 3 Etagen, in einer alten Villa. Alte Böden die auch mal knarren beim Gehen. Viel Platz und eine tolle dezente Deko. 1. Ebene: Eingang / Flur / Gardrobe 2. Ebene: Bad / Küche / Wohnzimmer 3. Ebene: 1. Schlafzimmer (Straßenseite) / 2. Schlafzimmer (Gartenseite) / Ankleideraum Viele Steckdosen im Wohnzimmer somit ist auch das Laden von Laptop und Kamera möglich. Das WLAN hat wunderbar geklappt, war auch mit guter Leistung in allen Räumen da. Komplette Ausstattung, von Mikrowelle / mit Ofen bis Toaster und Kühlschrank sogar Spülmaschine. Selbst ein Ankleideraum ist neben den zwei Schlafräumen vorhanden. Geschirr und Besteck / Gläser komplett vorhanden. Große Dusche und Bad, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Habe die 4 Tage wirklich genossen. Wenn ich auch fast den ganzen Tag im Zoo Pairi Daiza war. Betten sehr angenehm und nicht zu hart. Großes bequemes Kopfkissen, das nicht nach Hotel aussieht. Einzig in dem Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite ist es etwas laut. So unter dem Dach ist das Lüften auch schwer. Bin voll begeistert gerade auch zu dem günstigen Preis. So eine Ferienwohnung gibt es sonst nur weit weit teueren Preisen.

Leider ist das Wasser in der Küche nicht gerade ein Wasserfall, sondern es gibt nur eine Spülmaschine womit abgewaschen werden kann. Die Treppen sind etwas schmal und steil. Daher sollte die Treppe in der Nacht nicht ohne Brille genutzt werden. Doch das ist meckern auf sehr hohem Level. Fernseher habe ich nicht gebraucht, ist aber ohne Funktion.

Ganzes Apparment

Komplette Wohnung über 2 Etagen verteilt. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas verwohnt, aber für meine Zwecke ausreichend. Lage direkt an einer Hauptstraße daher muss man mit etwas Lärm rechen. Die Treppen sind etwas steil und man muss nachts zum "Pinkeln" runter😁. Für mich war der Preis wichtig und ich war mit dem Apparent zufrieden. Supermärkt befinden sich in der Nähe!

Bon séjour

j'ai aimé la ville de Frameries, le logement spacieux et bien aménagé. La proximité de places de parking et de commerces est très pratique. Nous souhaitons bientôt essayer le deuxième appartement de cette maison, appartement donnant sur le jardin!!!!

La rue passant devant la maison est très passagère ce qui nuit un peu à la tranquillité des lieux. La rédaction du contrat de location Booking n'est pas très claire et nous a mis dans l'incertitude, doute partagé par le propriétaire mais tout s'est arrangé sans problème.
