The place was very clean. Good value. Really peaceful location that was very convenient to everything. We will definitely stay there again.

Quiet location away from all the main traffic of Parkway but close enough to everything!
Definitely need to add at least one more mirror to the room. Only having the one mirror in the bathroom was a little difficult.

The chalet was clean and comfortable. The ac worked great. The location was convenient.

The location was good. On the south side of pigeon forge and not far from Gatlinburg. It was nice to have the outdoor patio and the space was adequate for 3 people and our dogs.
It would have been nice to have an arm chair in the living room. 3 people had to cram on the small sofa. If there would have been 4 there wouldn’t have been enough room. The rental has the bare minimum. It would be nice to have more hooks for towels and coats. Also mirrors in the rooms or just one in the main living area. The outside space was nice but again only seating for 2 people. A small table and chairs would be nice to eat outside and have more seating.
