CL404 River Reflections

I love me how it was small but spacious loved the view from the balcony.

There is nothing I did not like about the property.

We were passing thru and wanted to stop and visit Dollywood. This was a great location. We visited the week before Thanksgiving and the area was not busy at all. I was pleasantly surprised with the Christmas decorations and it really made it feel like home (I love to decorate for Christmas). This was a very cozy place to stay. We did not fix any meals in but it did look like everything you would need was there. There was some covered parking as well as lot parking on the grounds. I am sure the covered parking is great during the summer. I also think the balcony might give a little quiet to an otherwise noisy summer (which I know the area can be busy in the summer).

Location was good, the view on the river was very nice. The condo was super clean, beds were very comfortable and appreciated ceiling fans in every room. My kids enjoyed the heated pool. Was able to use the promotional ticket link for a free Dollywood ticket which was awesome!

-Some of the pots have teflon coating wearing off... not safe to use. -On one of the nights, the hot tub water was cold. -Nitpick 1: The A/C unit on the deck and surrounding decks was deafening and made it tough to hear the river flowing. -Nitpick 2: Would be nice to offer pool towels for guests. -Nitpick 3: Instructions on location of the sheets and blankets for pull-out sofa.

Location close to everything,staff, Christmas decorations, super clean, clear instructions

Parking only one handicap spot but all the parking is close to the building
