The park was very clean. The pool, playground and game room were a hit with the kids. The home was clean and the beds were comfy. The unit was equipped with kitchen items. Plenty of towels for showers and also pool towels. Location was so convenient to Pigeon Forge. We even got a free wildlife show, when Mr. Bear came on by to say hello. He walked around and checked things out and went about his way. Our AC stopped working at a out 11 pm the 2nd night. Maintenance was there and had things cooling off within 2 hours. Will definitely be planning another stay.
My only complaint, and I'm adding it more for others info then to complain. We had 3 adults 2 children, it was a 2 bedroom unit. Upon arrival there was one roll of toilet paper. When we ran out and I asked for more, I was told you only get another roll after 5 days. Our stay was 3 nights. No big deal but good info to have so we can prepare for the next visit.

Lots of bugs. Bathroom was not great. Needs better beds. Our bed was not good.
