Near train station

No windows for both rooms.

The place is in a good location. It is easy to go to sightseeing places and very close to the station. Even though it is close, the area is still quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and nice. The cooking equipment is very helpful if you want to cook. One small suggestion: please provide the same number of eating utensils as the number of guests. Overall, it is a comfortable and convenient place to stay and we enjoy it very much

Lack of cleaning materials (broom/vacuum) for cleaning during longer stays

Flat clean and suitable for a short stay. Tabata area is a good area to visit Tokyo as it is on the main circle line of Yamanote that connects to Shibuya, Shinzuku, Ueno, and Tokyo station but previous messaging had said the property was in Ueno area.

Important pre-arrival messaging went into spam and we had no idea of the actual address of the property until we arrived and found the initial given address near Ueno Station was wrong. We felt it was deceptive not to have the real address of the property on Booking.com and only to give it in a later email saying this is your actual address. We had wanted to be near Ueno Station and we weren't. Having said that, Tabata station was a good station to be able to use and get access to the places we wanted to go in Tokyo.
