The best location, with the most incredible view!!

-Check-in details were confusing and added stress to our trip. As a family travelling with suitcases and a young child, we expected check-in to be at the property, however on the day we received messages from the host stating they had a car permit issue and required us to pick up the key from a grocery store an addition 17 minute walk from the property. Usually this would not be a huge deal, but after 20+ hour flights, train delays and a long day in the heat- this was not ideal. Just prior to arriving the host then messaged us and told us to get a key from a lock box instead and sent helpful video. The key was within a few steps of the front door, so we have no idea why they originally told us to walk to the grocery store if this was an option the whole time. -Booking through the third party was confusing. We booked through Booking.com, however payment requires log in and a different process through another website. This resulted in us missing one of the payments, as the money wasn’t deducted from our card, you have to log in to another website and manually pay (confusing and frustrating for longer stays when multiple places have been booked through Booking.com). Overall we would book again, however these processes could be made easier for guests to have a more relaxing stay!
