It was a convenient location

Of course, not everything can work perfectly, the fire alarm beeped for an entire evening, overnight and into the next day before it was fixed or stopped. The elevator in the building was down one morning when I had to go to work and catch my Uber that was waiting for me downstairs.

Location was great - walking distance to Ponce Market. Easy access to the property with codes - no keys. Easy to find free street parking. Hosts were very quick to answer to messages and I think they mean well, but they probably need to double check the job of their employees.

It wasn't clean at all unfortunately. Dead roach on the carpet in the living room and the towels were supposedly clean, but still full of hairs from other people. Carpets, cushions and curtains had stains. Honestly, the whole place needs a deep clean. The title has the word "luxury", but they ask you to take the trash out - i wonder what is luxurious in that. The neighbors (if you have apt 202) were having the loudest party ever with massive speakers, so don't expect to sleep much.
