Ein schönes 2 Zimmer Apartment mit großem Bad.. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Nachbarn im Haus waren ruhig und freundlich.
Das brummen der Hausklimaanlage ( steht unmittelbar am Gebäude) war zuweilen etwas nervig.Aber dafür können die Vermieter nichts!

Pretty great location. It was in a close enough distance to Ponce city Market for us to walk. Also, the bed was very comfy!. Overall it was a great stay and very easy to check in/out. Would stay again for sure.
The building next to us kept up quite a ruckus but it was during the day so nothing that kept us awake or anything. Also, street parking. I’m not partially a fan but also understand with city life it’s inevitable.

It was clean, items within the apartment was neat
The sofa is sooo uncomfortable to sit in. It definitely needs change
If you have a car, i do not recommend this facility because the street parking is unsafe. I walked out on my check out date and saw two suvs had been broken into about where i was parked right outside the building.
Considering that there is a cleaning fee charge when booking I wonder why the hosts make you take out the trash outside
