The place:
The design is mid century modern and it works. Appliances were newer and they maintain the unit well.
Now the staff:
The common themes with the all staff i interacted with is professionalism, treat you like a human being, and makes you feel like they truly want you to be comfortable in their space. The check in process was quick with clear instructions. Whenever I had an issue or needed a last minute extension they were quick to act to resolve the issue. Ive never waited more than an hour for a response via text, even when I texted at 3am.
Booking.com should make it easier to find other properties by the same company cuz I'd book their place again vs another coin toss on who you're gonna get.
