Loved the view, the unit and rooftop
I just wished there was more living room space. Maybe a smaller table or island bar so you can have more living room space. That was my only critique. Everything else was great.

Even though the property is located within a bad area, it's only a couple blocks from some popular spots.
Right outside the building is a bit sketchy and there's still a lot of construction going on within the building. While the building is being renovated, it is still easy to tell the building was pretty rundown previously. The second floor was much hotter than the first floor and smelled of smoke.
