I’ve stayed here twice and I like it

I like everything

The check in was extremely easy

I liked everything. I would like to stay again

The apartment gives a nice modern, chic vibe. I particularly love the soaps/shampoos left for guests.

Parking on the street isn’t desirable but the neighborhood didn’t seem too bad.

The place itself is very aesthetically pleasing!

Upon entering the penthouse the bedroom on ground floor was a box spring only! No mattress very surprising… & my daughter did get bit while trying to sleep on the box spring which probably explains why it was no mattress! ..the closet door was hanging off the hinges ..& the couch in the kitchen was very soiled and had food particles inside the crevices. The up stairs bed was completely broken and very difficult to sleep due to frame being bent. Made host aware and they waited till the day i checked out to replace entire bed. The cleaners entered the unit before 10am and discovered we had not checked out..& insisted on coming inn to fix beds. Very uncomfortable and awkward while trying to prepare to leave. Also because the location was very close to school wanted to extend and had such misleading information due to the fact of multiple host responses and no one was on the same page. The 4th floor was definitely a party floor due to the exotic dancers that asked my daughter if she was coming to dance?! lol and the weed smell is not for the weak! But the actual place has so much potential & I hope the owners take this as constructive criticism and make future guests stay feel good spending over 100 a night.. verse rip off.
