Great service: very quick replying messages and when I needed assistance a member of staff was there within minutes to help. Great location: steps away from 2 stations on different lines, plenty of kombini and other shops around. Room was clean (small negative remarks for bathroom below), and comfortable enough, had good amenities like kettle and fridge, and free toiletries (shower gel and shampo) to use. Great value for money at this price!

The shower curtain needs to be replaced ASAP as it is mouldy (13/02/2026), and bathroom ceiling could use a thorough clean. This is because the bathroom doesn't have good ventilation, and smelled damp on arrival. So when you shower and after shower make sure to keep the fan working, turn on the dehumidifier setting on the aircon, and open the windows for a bit to get rid of moisture and it will be fine. This is a small remark considering the rest of the room was very clean, and it was a great value for money. I was alone so the space was comfortable, but it would probably feel a little cramped for two people... but then again, if you're only there for sleeping at the end of the day you're probably fine.

Der Standort!! Perfekte Lage mit kurzen Wegen zur Bahnstation und Shinjuku zu Fuß erreichbar – ideal für alle, die nicht auf den letzten Zug angewiesen sein möchten. Die Matratzen waren sehr gemütlich, was für uns immer ein wichtiger Punkt ist. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.

Die Location ist top, 2 min von Bahnhof entfernt.

Bad ist voller Schimmel, laut alter Bewertung konnte dieser „nicht gefunden“ werden, daher auch ein paar Fotos. Es war nur oberflächlich geputzt und der Klodeckel fällt einem die ganze Zeit in den Rücken.
