La localisation, la propreté et la décoration

La posizione dal punto di vista geografico ci è risultata comoda per i nostri spostamenti.
L' edificio è in fase di ristrutturazione e quindi polveroso e non piacevole da vedersi. Siamo stati avvisati dell' inagibilità del balcone. Bene, fortuna la terrazza anche se la sera vengono su odori sgradevoli dagli scarichi dei bagni di altri appuntamenti.

La posizione è centrale e vicino a tutti i luoghi d'interesse, , la pulizia dell'appartamento è curata
l'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore e fare le scale ogni volta può essere pesante, il divano letto non è proprio comodissimo

We liked the location. But thats about all.
The property is nothing like the description. It states that it has 1 Bedroom, a living room, an equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with a Hot Tub. In reality this is a monolocale. A studio flat with a single space. The apartment is on the third floor so lots of stairs.
