Stay away

Terrible management, we couldnt access the property due to the code not working, no one responding. Spent 2 hours in cold on the street trying to hold of someone. After we left they tried to scam us with fake charge for destroyed furniture. Also the area is not the safest after dark, lots of dodgy activity, screaming, police involved in some dispute on the street right outside.

The underground apartment lacked sunlight, had mold between the windows, and the entrance staff were rude, making me fee

There was mold in between the 2 Windows not allowing me to open them, which was even worse since the apartment they gave to me was underground, without any sun light. The family or equipe who stay at the entrance are not so polite, I felt a bit an intruder once waiting for my Uber eats at the very tiny entrance. Just know hospitality.

I got a response from the staff at 130am when I could not access my room. The flat was perfect, clean, spacious and modern. Everything was great.

Relaxing with great a great view

The room was very local to many tourist areas. I felt safe being there with my son. Transportation was near by. I only have a problem with the TV. It didn’t work for the duration of our stay. Other than that, everything was great!

Does the job but not so well

The apartment is located in a modern part of Valencia, the district overall seems nice. In 20 minutes walking there’s a shopping center and a bit further you can find the science city. The apartment‘s interior is modern, all the furniture is comfortable and new. The apartment itself looks cozy. Our view was on a garden and a private pool, which was not bad. The location of the apartment allows to go to the beach or center of the city by public transportation without changing lines, although it takes some time. Overall the place is nice and we felt comfortable there.

The beginning of our stay was weird. We received a code which was supposed to open the main door and the apartment door, but when we arrived, we figured out that this code didn’t work. We contacted the owner and he said to take a key from their reception, since the main door’s code locker wasn’t working. Eventually, after 10 more minutes of staying outside with 36°C temperature, the owner said they changed the code from the main door, and we somehow finally were able to get inside. Unfortunately, after we walked into the apartment, we felt a weird smell, which appeared to be a Valencian sewer system problem, which usually appears at summer (but of course no one was going to tell their guests about this). The cleanliness of the apartment is also questionable. I found someone’s hair on the floor all over the apartment, some surfaces were clean, some were so dusty, that it seemed like no one touched them in months. Also, we had no toilet paper and had to go grab it ourselves… Kitchen is definitely lacking some basic supplies like oil, salt and pepper for basic dishes. There was a coffee machine but no coffee capsules, there were tea bags but no kettle. Another big issue was a call that we received when we were not in the apartment. They said that their system was hacked and some data could be stolen. At this point, I think also it’s important to mention that overall communication with the owners was tough, since they didn’t speak english well. This situation, of course, influenced our stay, since we weren’t sure whether any of our personal information was leaked. Overall, there’re a lot of issues of their system and customer care that need to be fixed. For the price we’ve payed some of these problems could be forgiven, but definitely not the security issue.

La ubicación estupenda frente al Roig Arena

Hacer el checking a través de una aplicación fue una PESADILLA. Tuve que enviar los datos varias veces, el sistema es confuso, piden demasiados datos (hasta el número de soporte del DNI). Tuve que hacerlo a través del soporte por whatsapp. Muy despersonalizado y complicado. No premiten hacer early checking para dejar las cosas El apartamento es un sótano sin ventilación natural.

Bien pero con matices

Localización fenomenal para ir a eventos del ROIG ARENA. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, cocina completa, cama comoda y sofa cama comodo. Decoración agradable. Entrada con codigo muy comoda. Zona de libre aparcamiento por calles cercanas.

Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta inferior y tenia muy poca iluminación natural. Fuerte olor a desague en el baño el cual carecia de extractor eletrico y la olor se comunicaba con la habitación. Las ventanas como son por debajo de nivel de calle no se podian abrir. Indicamos la molestia en recepción pero solo nos dieron como solución ventilar la habitación o perfumar, pero eso no resuelve que sigan las molestias.

Una estancia muy desagradable

Nada del alojamiento estaba bien

La ubicación pone a dos minutos del centro y es mentira está a seis no queda céntrico para nada y está en un barrio con edificios conflictivos al lado . No estaba limpio como puede verse en las fotos daba asco usar ese baño y estar en la habitación . Las televisiones no funcionaban ninguna de las dos . El personal inexistente ya que no dan ninguna solución ni contestan a nada . La mampara de la ducha rota inundaba el baño entero . Entran en las habitaciones y tocan donde no tienen que tocar tienen los dedos largos . Un completo desastre .

Apartamento maravilloso y muy recomendable por su comodidad, limpieza, ubicación para ir a conciertos o eventos deportivos...El tamaño del apartamento es genial para 3 personas, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, además la decoración es monísima y la limpieza: impecable!! El personal de recepción muy amable.

Estuvimos muy a gusto en el apartamento, cómodo, fácil de encontrar aparcamiento, muy cercano del oceanográfico. Limpio y confortable, las camas muy cómodas, silencioso.

Eramos 4 en la casa, el cuarto al ducharse se tuvo que duchar con agua fría, es lo único que fue incómodo. Lo cierto que éramos 4 chicas y con el pelo largo, pero es cierto que esto nos chafó un poco.

По приезду, решил принять душ. Спустя 3 минуты пошла холодная вода. Выяснилось, что персонал выключил из розетки бойлер, который, к слову, огромный. В итоге всей семьей пришлось слушать до 3 часов ночи, как он нагревает воду. Очень и очень странное решение с двумя телевизорами и одним пультом управления. После длительной дороги меньше всего хочется "танцевать с бубном", чтобы просто включить телевизор и выбрать нужный канал.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación. Fuimos para acudir a un concierto al Roig Arena y no pudo resultarnos más cómodo. También destacar que está muy bien equipado y todo muy nuevo y limpio.

Apartamento comodo, frente al Roig Arena, en edificio de apartamentos.

Todo nuevo y facilidad de gestion. Cama comoda. No se como estará de menaje para la cocina porque no la utilicé

Cama cómoda pero yo habría puesto una cama mas grande. Ya que dejan infusiones, y hay una Nespreso, tambien habría dejado un par de cápsulas de cafe. No hay nada de servicios alrededor, salvo un par de cafeterias a 300 m

El apartamento es cómodo, confortable y tiene todo lo necesario.

La ubicación no es céntrica,.si quieres viajar en coche tienes la autovía a 3 minutos. Para ir al centro hay que coger transporte público. El metro, a 10 minutos andando, te lleva hasta allí.

Apartamento número 1

La limpieza y decoración del apartamento, todo muy nuevo.

El extractor de aire no podía apagarse y hacía bastante ruido por la noche. También había luces que parpadeaban de las distintas alarmas, que resultaba molesto por la noche. Por otro lado, la TV tenía un sistema propio que no funcionaba y no permitía ver la tele normal. Por último, el apartamento no contaba con mucha luz natural, por estar en la planta -1 y por la orientación del mismo.

COMO EN CASA

Apartamento amplio, muy cómodo, no se oía nada de fuera, todo nuevo, dormimos súper bien… un 10 en todo, la verdad. Fuimos de festival al Roig Arena y este apartamento se encuentra a 20 metros, no podía estar mejor situado.

Por poner algo, que entraba un poco de luz en la habitación por la mañana… hay cortinas pero no persianas.

Lo mejor lo nuevo que está todo y la atención del gestor de apartamento. Se puede aparcar en la puerta gratis.

Está lejos del centro. A 45 min andando a la plaza del Ayuntamiento. El edificio es nuevo pero el barrio es de pisos antiguos.

Un lugar moderno, limpio y que no le faltaba ningún detalle

No le faltaba detalle, moderno y muy cómodo. Estuvimos en un apartamento en el -1 , insonorizado totalmente, no se escuchaba ni la calle , ni a ningún huésped. El apartamento tenía de todo, hasta de cortesía tenía cápsulas dd café, té, mistol, un estropajo, una balleta y trapo sin estrenar, una pastilla para poner un lavavajillas y una pastilla para poner una lavadora. Secador, gel, bodymilk…Había tendedero, plancha y planchero. Todo precioso y superlimpio, además olía fenomenal.

Que al ser la planta -1, no podíamos abrir las ventanas que estaban muy altas, pero nos apañábamos con el aire acondicionado muy bien.
