This condo was exactly as listed and I mean EXACTLY as listed! The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked and truly had everything we needed. It wasn’t missing a thing!The communication and check-in process were top tier from start to finish. We only had one small issue during our stay with a shower door being slightly off track, and once I messaged the host, the response was almost immediate. They quickly offered to either send someone to fix it right away or wait until after checkout, which we really appreciated.We absolutely loved the afternoon golf cart rides, cornhole games, and spending a pool day relaxing. The condo is very close to everything which made getting around super convenient! The neighborhood was very quiet, peaceful, and all the neighbors were super friendly. Honestly, after staying here, I pulled up Zillow and tried convincing my husband to buy me a house in the neighborhood!On a rating scale of 1 to 10, I would give this rental a 100. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to make this a yearly tradition!

Very nice property! Very nice neighborhood. Super quiet and everyone we saw was so nice. Close to everything. Well appointed kitchen area. Loved the golf cart and the pool area. Would love to stay again.

One of the best properties we have stayed at. The golf cart is a fun extra, though restricted from the main roads. We had an issue on arrival, as the “everything you need to know” email from VRBO did not include the check-in code but VRBO promptly contacted the owner who immediately took care of the issue even though it was very late at night. We hope to come back sometime!

We really enjoyed staying here! Check-in was easy. Everything was clean & well-stocked. The bath towels were super thick & absorbent. Our king mattress was firm, but comfortable. The area around the townhouse is very nice & just a short drive to the main village. The enclosed porch is attractive, but the main road behind it does have daytime traffic noise. Our daily walks along the tree-lined river road were very peaceful & pretty. We didn't use the beautiful new golf cart because it's only usable in the complex, which is easily walkable.
