Our property is a contemporary residence situated on the edge of Barry Curtis Park, one of Auckland’s most expansive nature reserves. The warmth and elegance of Scandinavian design are the most dazzling features of our properties. Ample open-plan kitchen and living areas extend onto a private outdoor patio giving you space to cook, entertain, dine, and unwind.
The space
The property is divided into two levels. Downstairs features an open-plan kitchen, a living-dining area, as well as a toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each bedroom is equipped with a closet, along with a second bathroom.
Inside, the townhouse is equipped with all the essential appliances to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven, making it easy to prepare meals for your family or group.
From Flat Bush to Auckland Downtown (CBD):
Distance: Approximately 25-30 kilometers
Driving Time: Around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic
From Flat Bush to Auckland Airport:
Distance: Approximately 15-20 kilometers
Driving Time: Around 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic.

This was a little further out of Auckland than we thought but was still accessible by bus. A car would have no problems. Very quiet, new neighborhood. Felt very safe. The home was well equipped and comfortable beds. Everything we needed for our short stay.We could have used the washer but there was a clothesline outside(no clothespins).
