About this house rental
Our property is a contemporary residence situated on the edge of Barry Curtis Park, one of Auckland’s most expansive nature reserves. The warmth and elegance of Scandinavian design are the most dazzling features of our properties. Ample open-plan kitchen and living areas extend onto a private outdoor patio giving you space to cook, entertain, dine, and unwind.
The space
The property is divided into two levels. Downstairs features an open-plan kitchen, a living-dining area, as well as a toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each bedroom is equipped with a closet, along with a second bathroom.
Inside, the townhouse is equipped with all the essential appliances to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven, making it easy to prepare meals for your family or group.
From Flat Bush to Auckland Downtown (CBD):
Distance: Approximately 25-30 kilometers
Driving Time: Around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic
From Flat Bush to Auckland Airport:
Distance: Approximately 15-20 kilometers
Driving Time: Around 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic.

Great property, really nicely maintained and it was close to where we needed to go in south Auckland. The only problem we had was finding lots of ants in the kitchen and lounge area when we first arrived, I’m sure if the owners put some ant bait out on top of the fridge it would solve the problem right away. Aside from that, great stay would very happily stay there again.
