We enjoyed our stay at this charming 3 bedroom home in Charlottesville. The house was nicely appointed as shown in the pictures, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the location was close to our activities at UVA. We gave four starts because the neighborhood was very active and loud at night and in the early morning hours. Otherwise, it was a lovely home.

We had an excellent stay at this property in Charlottesville, VA during Christmas week! The house was in a very convenient location, was spotlessly clean, and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms were spacious, and the backyard provided a large area for children to play, as well as a fire pit and comfortable outdoor furniture. A great find - we will return.

Great property close to a great bakery, downtown and sites. Only downside it was two houses away from a crack house. We were warned by one neighbor and a municipal worker not to venture far from the house on foot.
