About this house rental
Enjoy relaxing in our comfortable clean home surrounded by gardens. Our home invites a pianist to come play our Baldwin Grand piano. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms with the king bed on the first floor allows for ease. Enjoy our well equipped kitchen with large adjoining dining table with seating for six. We love our from porch with swing to embrace the community vibe on our street with luscious flower gardens. Guests rave about our fenced private backyard with outdoor dining and chairs. There is a grill. The big tree offers shade in the summer.
Strictly enforced noise ordinance and quiet hours. No pets are allowed on the premises.
There are very steep stairs from level 1 to 2. Guests with mobility issues will be comfortable in our downstairs bedroom with king bed and half bath. There are five stairs to get in our home from car. There are two bedrooms with each having it's own bathroom on the second level. The pink bedroom has a matching pink bathroom across the hall with a deep soaking porcelain bathtub. The master queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a twin bed in our office with standing desk and big monitor.
