Boulder Basecamp - Cozy 2BR Near Trails & Town

Very spacious and cozy place with a balcony and easy free parking. Nice two bedrooms with a great memory foam mattress in the main bedroom. Two full bathrooms. Very quiet. Great hosts, fast communication and easy check in with code lock. Immaculately clean. It is 15 mins drive into Boulder itself and was not a problem at all giving how spacious and good value the property is. Everything including central air worked well.

It is an older condo building with smell of cooking getting into communal parts but after a day or two we stopped noticing it.

The property was conveniently located, and easy to get to. The beds were comfortable and rooms clean.

The property has ozone emitting air purifiers that eradicate smells between stays (which in my opinion, did a a good job and didn’t have any strong odors) and are NOT safe to use in an occupied residence. No where did it say to not operate these while staying in the apt and during communication with the property, the owner said they did not have ozone emitters and to not worry. Another issue was parking, the designated spot was taken and the owner didn’t do anything to fix it. The fridge also was leaking and again, no real response from the owner on addressing it. It was likely an AI assistant responding to messages which is fine b ut they need to be screened by someone at some point because literally nothing was dint to fix any of these issues and the bot was misinformed about something that is actually a safety hazard.
