The pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Typically, the pool is in the upper 80’s July-September and won’t need heating during those months. The Spa is available for $50 a day. We will send this over as a separate payment request after booking. Please accept this request if you would like the spa heated or decline if you will not need that. This fee is to cover our costs for heating them. Thanks!

The host was super accommodating. On arrival we had a brief call to talk about the outdoor controls and inside logistics - Very helpful. The house is amazingly put together. From layout to decoration to fully equipped kitchen. Everything from an Air Fryer to a Margarita Machine. We will be staying here again when we come and visit the family - Thank you again for having us.

We stay in Nov 2024, Amazing place to stay, the home has anything & everything you could want for a great vacation spot,. The pool & spa are amazing, your own retreat in the backyard. Our family had the most amazing stay. The owner Dave, is amazing to rent from and very responsive, totally recommend this amazing place, would & will rent again !
