☀️ Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.

☀️ Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property. 

☀️ If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings. 

☀️ All outdoor lights must be turned off by 10:00 PM from Monday through Thursday. 

☀️ On Friday and Saturday, outdoor lights must be turned off by midnight. 

☀️ Pool and hot tub heating requests must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the guest's check-in to ensure proper preparation. Heating must be requested for the entire duration of the stay. The cost is $75 per day (exclusive of taxes).

The size of the house was fantastic, plenty of space to spread out and lots of beds. The finishes in the kitchen and family room were very nice and comfortable. The billiards room off of the master bedroom was a little odd, especially if someone was trying to sleep in the master bedroom. Here is where the “luxury” portion of the description misses the mark. We were provided only 4 bath towels and I had to search through the house to find the towels as well as leftovers of shampoo, conditioner and soap. “Luxury” would have those items stocked in each bathroom. The cleanliness was far below average, food and garbage under the beds, dried up pizza crust in the hidden game room and the pool was filled with debris (floating and on the bottom). I tried to get the pool controls to work, utilizing the QR code instructions but they didn’t work. Access to the garage was locked and having to park your car in the hot AZ sun isn’t ideal. If you are looking for lots of room for a big group, this is your place!
