The size of the house was fantastic, plenty of space to spread out and lots of beds. The finishes in the kitchen and family room were very nice and comfortable. The billiards room off of the master bedroom was a little odd, especially if someone was trying to sleep in the master bedroom. Here is where the “luxury” portion of the description misses the mark. We were provided only 4 bath towels and I had to search through the house to find the towels as well as leftovers of shampoo, conditioner and soap. “Luxury” would have those items stocked in each bathroom. The cleanliness was far below average, food and garbage under the beds, dried up pizza crust in the hidden game room and the pool was filled with debris (floating and on the bottom). I tried to get the pool controls to work, utilizing the QR code instructions but they didn’t work. Access to the garage was locked and having to park your car in the hot AZ sun isn’t ideal. If you are looking for lots of room for a big group, this is your place!
