Your Arizona retreat awaits in this spacious 5 bdrm located in a quiet East Valley neighborhood. A lot of thought and effort was put in to making this a top vacation home that is ideal for family or friends getting together to make memories. Multiple gathering areas in home which includes a game room featuring ping pong and vintage pinball machine. Resort like backyard with pool, hot tub, bbq area and covered patio. Ideal location just minutes from San Tan Mall and Top Golf! Its all here!
The space
With over 3500 sq ft of living space and a large yard packed with fun amenities this is a can't miss for those looking to get away and enjoy some warm weather. As you enter through the front door your greeted with dramatic vaulted ceilings and spiral staircase. There is multiple gathering areas in the home. Relax in the main living area for movie night or head upstairs to loft for game night. Game room features bar seating, championship ping pong table and a vintage pinball machine! Spacious master bedroom retreat with workspace area for those getting in some work while on vacation. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals and a formal dining area as well as eat in kitchen area. Backyard that is loaded with features. Outdoor dining and lounging area as well as built in bbq island and sparkling saltwater pool with heating option in the winter or chilling option in the Summer. In ground spa features custom lighting seating for 4 to wind down at end of day. Artificial grass area for family activities like corn hole and a fire pit area with seating . Guests have access to full laundry facilities and garage parking. Multiple bikes provided to get out and see the neighborhood. A playground for the kids is just a short walk down the paved path and includes a basketball court, sand volleyball court, large grassy area and covered picnic table.
Home is located in a convenient location in East Valley town of Gilbert. San Tan mall which features shopping, dining, and nightlife is just down the street. Looking for a fun activity outside of the house the popular Top Golf is 5 min away as well. Situated near the 101 freeway which makes it easy to get anywhere in the valley. Mesa Gateway airport is just a 12 minute drive.

This home offers self check in for guests and you will receive a door code unique to your stay the day prior to arrival. There is no shared spaces in this home and you have it all to yourself.
House Rules
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected at all times. No loud parties or disruptive behavior of any kind will be tolerated. We welcome guests to have fun but we expect you to treat it as your own home.
Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM nightly and strictly enforced. This is a city ordinance that we must abide by. No loud outdoor activities are permitted past this time.
No smoking in home. Any signs of smoking in property will result in a $1000 fine.
Other things to Note
Pool can be heated in the winter time or chilled in the Summer for an additional $100 per day or $500 per week.
Must notify manager at least 72 hours in advance of stay for pool heating.
Spa is always heated for free.
This is a family friendly home. Pack and play and booster chair provided for the little ones and pool is fenced in for safety.
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

Home layout good. Kitchen could use a few more pots/pans as no large skillet. Good number of plates and eating utensils. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Gas BBQ igniters didn’t work and empty portable lighters which manager didn’t provide so had to buy own.More pool toys for kids would have been nice. Pool net/skimmer broken so had to create a temporary fix. Good number of pool towels and bathroom towels. Overall, however nice property.

Stayed with several families while in town for a volleyball tournament for our teen daughters at the Arizona Athletic Grounds, which was only a 15-20 minute drive from this home. This home is in a great location. Close to shopping & restaurants. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean and comfortable. The girls loved the game room. I would note however, that we did discover the pool and hot tub could only be heated one at a time. I would imagine this is a non-issue for most of the year, as in this area of the country you would not need nor want a heated pool most months. We just happened to be there in February during a week it was not particularly hot and it was too cold to swim otherwise. Also, the hot tub heater is on a timer and doesn’t turn on until after 5. The owner & management were fine with getting them both heated at other times of the day with some communication. You’ll just want to have that on your radar.

Disclaimer: I’m easy to please, especially when on vacation! This could have been a 5 if not for a couple of things….We paid to have the spa and pool heated. Only 3 of our 7 days the spa was hot and don’t leave. The pool was ever heated. A major feature of booking this space. :( I had multiple text messages during our stay with the property manager who instructed me to download the app and control the heat myself, which I did, however it would not consistently work. The day we were leaving the app indicated the pool temp had increased to 84, but it was never above 75 while we were there. (According to the app) Definitely feels like I paid for nothing, but fortunately, we had hot weather!Other minor updates could be helpful such as working light switches and bulbs (outside lights at the front door and around the pool, lamps.)On the positive side host was good, nice touches included, bottle of champagne, coffee and other get you started essentials. Baby, friendly with pack and play and toys! Only one of the pinball machines works, but the ping-pong table was fun. Lots of space for our family, so you didn’t need to be on top of each other! My favorite thing about this house however, was the backyard space. Lots of furniture, a fire table, outdoor heater and TV made every evening enjoyable!

The stay was great and family enjoyed the stay at the house. There was a lot to do including the pool, hot tub, yard, pinball game and x-box.
