Cocoonr agency offers this charming 28 m² flat for rent in Bruz, which can accommodate up to 2 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 1,500 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor fan, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room separated by a curtain (no door) with Italian shower, washing machine, heated towel rail, vanity unit and WC.
Communal area :
- An unenclosed shared garden (south/south-west facing) to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Bruz, in a very pleasant, quiet environment with plenty of trees. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. It's also close to the entrance to Rennes and the Parc Exposition, without any nuisance, and has a large plot of land.

- Saint-Malo is 60 km away (about 1 hour),
