Welcome to the Domus Augustea, a newly renovated accommodation facility that offers a superior accommodation experience. Strategically located, the Domus Augustea is the ideal place for those seeking elegant and functional accommodation, suitable for leisure or business trips.
The structure consists of 3 apartments, 2 of them with terrace. All units have been renovated with high-quality materials and equipped with all modern comforts to guarantee you a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The Augusto Apartment, recently renovated with high-quality finishes, offers a refined and comfortable ambience. It has 3 double bedrooms, a cosy living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 modern bathrooms. One of the highlights are the 2 terraces, one accessible from the kitchen/dining area, the other one accessible from one of the bedrooms, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Every detail has been thought out for your comfort, from high-speed Wi-Fi to customisable air conditioning and Smart TVs.
The apartment comes complete with linen and towels for all guests. On request, for an additional charge, a daily tidying service can be provided with a possible change of towels.
The Tourist Tax is 6.00 euro per person per day (including children from 10 years of age) and is payable on arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the Tourist Tax is already withheld).
We offer tours and transfers (airport and port).

The apartment was immaculate, clean and spacious for Rome. Check-in was seamless. I loved exploring the local area and the centre of Rome is an easy bus ride away or walk via the Borghese Gardens. Beautiful stay for our family of 2 adults plus 2 teenagers. Thank you.

The apartment is perfect, the location is excellent, bus stop in the street and in the street next door, for access to all parts of Rome, 20 minutes walk to the Piazza delm Populo. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, modernly decorated, warm, two beautiful terraces.
Beds comfortable, linen clean.
Bathrooms perfect.
Disposable slippers because we forgot ours.

This apartment was awesome. It looks like it was newly renovated. Modern, clean, so much room and a perfect location. The neighborhood was quiet but there are great local restaurants and shops nearby and it’s quick cab or Uber to more touristy areas. There is no living room which we didn’t realize when we booked. It wasn’t a problem for us but might be for families who want a place to hang out or watch TV outside of the bedrooms. The patio is beautiful but covered in Pigeon droppings so it was pretty much unusable. That aside, we would definitely stay here again.
Figure out how to put an awning over the patio deck so guests can enjoy without stepping on bird droppings or risk getting hit with bird droppings directly.

We travelled all over Italy last week, staying at multiple locations. Nothing came close to the comfort, beauty, convenience and service.
New renovation featuring modern conveniences and the best A/C I have seen with controls in every room.
The terrace (s) were great.
Expresso machine would not work.
