About this apartment rental
A 2-room vacation apartment on the first floor, approximately 41 square meters, with a private terrace, ventilation system, and a central location right on Weststrand. Suitable for up to 4 people and available for booking. Completely renovated in mid-2024.
The “Lachmöwe by DeJu” vacation apartment, which was completely renovated in early 2025, is a cozy, ground-floor, two-room apartment with a terrace in the Meeresloft building. The Meeresloft building is a KFW Energy Efficiency House 100. As a result, the apartment features triple-glazed windows, a controlled ventilation system, electric exterior blackout blinds, and ultra-efficient lighting fixtures in the ceiling spotlights.
The apartment is located on the side of the building facing away from Kirchstraße (“courtyard side”). Kirchstraße itself is characterized by a quiet yet very central location. Weststrand is approximately 240 m away, and the Kurplatz with its adjacent bathhouse is about 350 m away.
The features can be described as follows:
All rooms are equipped with high-quality wood-look designer flooring and ceiling spotlights.
The bedroom features a box spring bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m and two wardrobes. From the bed, you can comfortably watch the smart TV—which includes a Sonos soundbar—on the opposite wall. The floor-to-ceiling window opens fully and leads out to the terrace.
The living room is the heart of the apartment. It can be divided into a living, dining, and kitchen area.
Just like in the bedroom, the floor-to-ceiling window opens fully, allowing access to the terrace from here as well.
The sofa bed can be pulled out “forward,” creating a sleeping surface measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m, which can accommodate two people. The 43-inch QLED Smart TV, complete with a Sonos surround sound system, invites you to relax. A PlayStation 4 with various games is also available.
The dining area consists of a round table with a diameter of 105 cm and four chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, exhaust hood, microwave, electric kettle, waffle maker, electric hand blender, toaster, fully automatic coffee maker, oven, etc. The appliances are by Siemens.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, is equipped with fixtures by Keuco. The high-quality wall mirror is illuminated (and dimmable).
The private terrace, which is not visible from the street and belongs exclusively to the apartment, features a table with four chairs as well as two teak deck chairs, each with a cushion. The cushions can be conveniently stored in the Biohort box. You’ll also find a clothes drying rack here.
The non-smoking apartment is approximately 43 square meters in size. It can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children.
For our younger guests, we provide a travel crib with bedding, children’s tableware, and various games, books, and art supplies.
The building has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. This is available to all vacation guests and operates on a coin-operated basis.
We love pets. However, out of consideration for our guests with allergies, we cannot allow pets to stay. We appreciate your understanding.
