Welcome to a large, spacious family house on beautiful Torsö. Torsö is Vänern's largest island and here you live idyllically with close proximity to swimming in Vänern's clear waters. Welcome to a very pleasant accommodation in a classic Swedish red house with white knots. The garden outside is lush and invites you to play. There is outdoor furniture and a grill for good dinners. You are welcomed into the house in a small hall. The stairs up lead you to a family room with an open floor plan. Up here there are 4 single beds 90 cm. Adjacent is the house's large bedroom with a double bed. Next to the family room is a small relief room where you can store luggage and an ironing board. Here is also the house with one bathroom, of an older style. There is a toilet, sink and even a washing machine. Perfect if you are traveling with smaller children or want to stay longer. On the lower level is the large living room with plenty of seating. The stove is in use and crackles well if you are the freezer or book the house during autumn or early spring. The house has wifi and you connect to the TV via chromecast. On the lower level, there is also the house's second bathroom. A fully tiled bathroom with a glass shower cabin, wc and sink. The kitchen has everything and a little more that you could need to prepare delicious breakfasts and all the meals of the holiday. From the kitchen you come out to the cozy conservatory, which is glazed. The house extra room, where you sit and enjoy the peace. On this beautiful island - Torsö - connected by a bridge is this house that welcomes you with homely furniture, inviting interior and a family atmosphere. Here you can find your personal balance between a relaxing and active holiday. Take the opportunity to go to Laxhall for good food, swimming or a trip out by boat to the car-free island of Brommö. There are 4 trips per day. There are beautiful hiking trails and cozy bike rides here. Out here is a beautiful nature reserve. Paddling trips and island hopping are also a good idea. If you are holidaying in the area, a visit to Djurö National Park is a must. The Djurö archipelago consists of more than thirty islands and rock outcrops in the middle of Vänern. No archipelago in Sweden is so remote and isolated, and it is precisely this remoteness that is so fascinating. Mariestad is one of Sweden's older cities where you have shopping, cozy cafes and restaurants. Warm welcome.
