The beautifully located holiday house is located on a beautiful plot just 50 m from the lake in the holiday settlement Ransberg near Tibro. The house is located on the corner of the settlement directly on the lake. To the left of the house there is a field and behind the house there is a small garden, followed by the lawn beach and the lake. On the right in front of the house there is a quiet neighbor and right in front of the house there is the driveway with parking. The driveway is a dead end. This location makes the house particularly quiet. Holiday house with outbuilding for a total of 8 persons. To the lake there is a covered veranda with a lake view and in fine weather with wonderful sunsets. From the verandas you can relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the lake. To the left of the house there is a small guest house with a lake view. The guest house has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), heating, a bedside table, wardrobe and a TV. The almost single-storey house of 90m2, accessible via one to two steps, is suitable for six people. Two more people can stay in the guest house right next door. You enter the house through a small entrance hallway. On the right there is an entrance hall, then a full-fledged, spacious, modern bathroom with a sink incl. Under cabinet (hair dryer) and high cabinet, toilet and walk in shower. The bathroom was recreated in 2020. On the left there is a guest toilet and a bedroom with a box spring bed and a wardrobe (width about 2.0 m). Just off it goes over a step into the kitchen and living- dining room. The kitchen seating area for four people up to 6 people has a direct lake view. Other seats are located at the kitchenette. To the right of the kitchen sitting area is the bedroom with the loft bed, wardrobe and desk. Behind the kitchenette is the living room with a wood stove, a large corner sofa, a coffee table, cupboards and satellite TV. A large window with a door to the veranda and the garden allows a beautiful view of the lake incl. Sunset. Behind the living room is a bedroom with a double bed, two narrow wardrobes, bedroom window and a door leading to the veranda. The left part of the porch is glazed, as a protection from the wind. The rest is open and extends over the entire width of the living room. The bedroom on the front right and behind the living room has a fly screen on a window. The living room porch door has a fly sliding door A radiant heater provides the necessary warmth on cooler evenings. The boat is moored at jetty No. 5. The sandy and grassy beach is very suitable for children. The lake is very child-friendly, as it leads flat into the water. The nearest supermarket and other shops are located in Tibro, about 5 km away. Other sights are Karlsborg on Lake Vättern, Lake Hornborga (a paradise for cranes), Töreboda on the Göta Canal, Mariestad on Lake Vänern and many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. You can go boating and fishing on Lake Örlen.
