    Poor lighting in room - no desk side light with warm glow per pictures resulting darker than expected room No hot water when we had our shower and found some droppings in the bathroom the morning after. Felt uncomfortable in staff conduct. Was told breakfast was “ready” when checking out (we knew it was not included in our booking) Upon further enquiry the breakfast was an optional extra. We politely declined.

    The hotels itself is not too bad, but I do believe the price point is too high for what they offer. This applies to accomodation as well as the food. Being away from the main locations is also a small issue, but wouldn’t be something I would have written about if it was not for the ridiculously quoted transport prices. On the positive the service quality from Roshan the Manager was excellent and I’m sure in the future this place would thrive if given the proper attention.
