The house is big and clean enough, specially for family is economic.Close to Taksim square and everything is near around.

I booked what I thought was a room in a residence and got a 2-bedroom apartment with a kitchen. Perhaps it would be more suitable for families staying long term, not for one-nighters in transit like myself. The apartment was clean, well arranged with all the necessities but the shower head was broken and attached with a rope.
The odd thing was that it was just an ordinary apartment on a lonely street, not a part of any hotel. The receptionist was 20 meters away in another building all together. The building with the apartment itself didnt have its entrance door locked. Given a lonely street and not a particularly residential area, I thought it was a convenient place only for a certain type of tourists.
Nevertheless, the receptionist was there at 5am to pick up the keys, so thank you for that.

This is not exactly a hotel but the studio apartment but it is very comfortable for budget travelers. The room is spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything you need: a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave, as well as some utensils. We had a balcony and enjoyed breakfast on it. Despite the another house was very close in front of us, we could still enjoy the view of the houses on the hill (we were on the top floor) and the seagull on the roof of the house opposite.
The hotel is located on a narrow, quiet street that leads directly to Taksim Square, less than a 10-minute walk. The bus from the Sabiha Gogchen airport stops also on a walkable distance.
The only inconvenience was that the steep narrow stairs with sharp turns are not very convenient for moving with suitcases.

The rooms were big. The bathroom, rooms were not clean except for the bedding and towels.
