The host agreed to change arrival and departure time significantly - booking from early morning till evening instead of night stay. Getting the keys was alright and AC was good
The location on Booking.com does not show the real one, which is a 16-minute walk from the map location. I chose it solely based on the incorrect location because, on the Booking.com map, it was shown as 5 minutes from the LRT station. Imagine my surprise at walking four times longer. The host was quite passive and tried to delegate the responsibility of preparing the apartment to guests. The room was slightly dirty, and there were unfinished clothes in the washing machine. Also, blackout curtains would be nice because it was too bright for sleeping.
