Photo matches reality exactly. Apartment looks pretty new and very clean, same for entrance hall and residential complex. Perfect location near every major sightseeing and shopping mall with groceries. We arrived when outside temperature was around -31 C at night and -28 C average - but apartment was really warm. For some reasons, electricity went off in the middle of the night (probably because of washing machine), but host fixed the problem right in the morning. In general, host was very friendly and cooperative - not a single communication problem happened. Considering that this apartment located near busy road - never noticed noise from outside (another story if inside, but not critical). Water pressure was actually exceptionally strong

Neighbour nearby was little noise, the apartment's soundproofing isn't the best. Electricity went off once, so we have wring out clothes by hand in the middle of the night and didn't use it since. Couldn't find wine opener (but all other kitchenware was great to have). Can't find warm blankets, only something like duvet cover or plaid - but it was so warm in apartment, that it wasn't necessary. So, nothing critical, just some minor inconvenience

Все понравилось. Очень чисто, начиная от самой квартиры, заканчивая посудой, бельем, мебелью, приятно находится. Классно что есть все необходимое, шампунь, бальзам , зубная паста со щеткой. Вкусно пахнущее полотенца, хорошее белье постельное, локация отличная. То что была вода питьевая , отдельное спасибо! Обычно приходится покупать, а тут все есть 🙏 продолжайте поддерживать такой высокий уровень сервиса

Квартира, чистая, уютная и с красивым видом с окна 10 этажа! Все в шаговой доступности. Хозяйке квартиры большое спасибо за обратную связь и отзывчивость, в следующий раз будем выбирать эти апартаменты!
