Really plesant and carefree

Breakfast was in a restaurant around the corner, it was really good and the staff was helpful. Rooms looked exactly as on the photos.

There was a noise from the street (laughters, music) but as it was city center it was sth to be expected. It was not all the time though.

All show and lack of basic details

The location and the decoration are the only positive aspects of this place.

The online check-in process was extremely long and frustrating, and the website itself was not working properly. Relying entirely on a smart check-in system is a serious risk. If your phone is not charged, you have no way of entering the property. When we arrived at the apartment, the emergency door for the attic apartment was already open. From the beginning, it was clear that the lock was not working properly. We tried several times, but the door would not close or lock. We contacted the host about this issue, but the communication was very poor, and some of the responses felt dismissive. As a result, we had to sleep with the door open, which made us feel very unsafe. Guest security should always be a top priority. While the apartment is nicely decorated, it is missing many basic essentials. The heating was not working, and the main room with the stairs was extremely cold. We asked for clarification via WhatsApp but never received a response. The kitchen was also disappointing: there were no cloths to dry or clean glasses and plates, the coffee capsules provided did not fit the coffee machine, and the cooker was not working. Not even a bottle of water was provided in the fridge. For the price, I was expecting at least that. Overall, this stay was very frustrating and did not meet reasonable expectations in terms of comfort, communication, safety or value for money. The host’s behaviour was particularly disappointing, as we felt gaslighted and not taken seriously, both on the phone and via WhatsApp.

Lovely apartment in great location. Short walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Longer walk to beach.

Nice set-up with 2 bedrooms on one floor and small living room and kitchen upstairs. Great for 2 adults and 2 children.

The living room/kitchen area had poor seating for eating at a table. Proper table and comfortable chairs would have been nice.

Great 4 days stay in Malaga in a city center

Close to the city center, bars and restaurants, museums , clean and nice apartment, good contact

Spacious apartment in a handy location

Great location

The second bedroom was not really private, part of an open plan area and we had not been aware of this when making the booking. The window shutters didn’t stay in position and were banging at night plus there was noise from party goers each night around 3am so our sleep was interrupted. No dishwasher or washing machine although we managed without. Heavy front door that we found difficult to keep open whilst trying to bring our luggage inside.

A clean, comfortable stay with excellent service, an amazing breakfast and highly recommend!

The property was spotless and very well maintained. The virtual front desk was always incredibly helpful. Even when we arrived at 1am she answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to feel settled right away. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, fresh, and the perfect start to the day. Highly recommend!

NOT A HOTEL, no communication with hosts, lack of organisation

Centrally located, spacious, well decorated.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. Its unorganized and unsupervised apartments. The hosts don't care about customers. Their phone DOES NOT EXIST and you can't enter the building if something goes wrong, as in our case. We managed to reach them only because the cleaning lady contacted with them. We had no information about the procedure of check in, even though we had done that on-line the day before. The Central door and room door opens with code/contactless and as a result the day we needed to take the luggage and go to the airport asap, the door was LOCKED and NO ONE COULD HELP US. The outcome is that we almost missed our flight until that door got unstuck and opened. Still no one has answered any of our messages to them via booking. Final touch. The bathroom gets flooded because there is only floor, nothing to prevent water from spreading around.

Beautiful apartment marred by intolerable noise levels and chaotic check-in

Beautifully designed apartment, clean and comfortable. However the noise levels are unacceptable.

Extremely poor check-in experience. Online check-in request sent on day of arrival when we were driving. None of our he promised check-in information supplied. We arrived just after 9pm and it took us nearly half an hour standing on the street to get in. None of the three phone numbers listed worked. The only functioning comms was WhatsApp but this was not made clear. Wrong codes were supplied, we had to send a video to prove they didn’t work. This is frustrating when you have no WiFi and limited battery after travelling. Codes were sent one at a time with no comprehensive info supplied. Checking reviews, this has happened to others as long as a year ago with promises to improve but clearly not implemented. Constant night time noise. The apartments are opposite two nightclubs - one closes at 4am and one at 7am at weekends. There was screaming and shouting all night, banging, dogs barking and then loud refuse lorries. To make matters worse, the building had workmen in early on both Saturday and Sunday mornings without any notice or apology - Saturday contractors were shouting loudly in communal areas and on Sunday morning they were drilling. Again, reviews mention previous issues with promises to improve which have not been implemented and booking contractors for early weekend mornings shows a lack of consideration for guests.

Sehr schade, weil die Wohnung und das Gebäude so schön saniert sind. Doch der Abfluss-Geruch ist einfach ein no-go.

Es handelt sich hier um ein sehr schön saniertes Gebäude - und alles wäre auch super, wenn es (wie ich leider schon mehrmals in Malagas Altbauten erlebte) das Problem des absolut unererträglichen Geruchs wäre :/ Sonst: Komfortable Betten, gute Lage, schalldichte Fenster. Super für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Wir hätten es direkt ahnen müssen, als wir die Wohnung betraten und die Fenster geöffnet waren. Wir machten sie zu und gingen in die Stadt, nach der Rückkehr abends war der Abfluss-Gestank einfach unerträglich. Die Fenster über Nacht geöffnet zu halten war wegen des Lärms (zuerst Menschen, dann Müllabfuhr um 1-2 Uhr nachts) keine Alternative. Unsere Kinder wachten mit Kopfschmerzen auf. Die Verwaltung behauptete nach meiner Beschwerde, es müsse am Regen liegen… Well, schaut euch dann die Wetterprognosen an, sonst ist es unerträglich und keinen Cent wert.

Knus appartement, gelegen middenin het centrum. Voorzien van alle gemakken. We konden zelf inchecken en er konden via de app vragen gesteld worden.

Houten luiken kunnen niet vastgemaakt worden als ze geopend zijn, dus als het waait, maakt dat geluid.

Bonito pero muy ruidoso

El piso es muy bonito, es céntrico (demasiado...). Está reformado y no hay ruido entre vecinos. La cama de la habitación era cómoda y el sofá para una persona está bien pero para dos, no.

La ubicación : el piso está en pleno centro lo que puede ser genial si no hay DOS DISCOTECAS en la misma calle. Parece que la gente estaba en nuestra habitación....Gritos toda la noche hasta el desayuno, que hay una cafetería a unos metros....Cuando vas a Málaga de fiesta puede ser perfecto para tí pero si tienes una carrera el domingo y tienes que descansar, es lo peor que te puede pasar! 2 noches en vela por esas discotecas y los gritos....El sofá para dos se hundía y no era muy cómodo pero para una persona, estaba bien.

Debido a la ubicación cercana a bares y restaurantes, las noches de los fines de semana hay mucho ruido externo, grupos de gente que van de fiesta, gritando, cantando, etc. lo que resta comodidad. En el portal de acceso hubo cucarachas durante dos días y no las retiraron

One of the ‘bedrooms’ was sort of open plan to the stairs up to the living room/ kitchen. Not a problem for us but some might prefer more privacy. The coffee machine didn’t work.

Tolle Unterkunft mit ausbaufähigem Service

Die Unterkunft ist in einem wunderschönen Gebäude untergebracht und verfügt auch über einen Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet.

Es ist nachts sehr laut, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts. Der Lärm kommt von den Nachteulen auf der Straße. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit Fruehstueck gebucht. Uns wurde erst auf Nachfrage am Vorabend mitgeteilt, wie das mit dem Fruehstueck ablaufen soll. Es wurde uns ein Lokal einschließlich Menüvorschlaege mitgeteilt. Als wir am Morgen (zugleich Tag unserer Abreise) dort eingetroffen sind, wurde uns gesagt, dass die Zusammenarbeit beendet wurde. Die Inhaberin des Cafés versuchte vergeblich den Vermieter zu erreichen. Wir entschlossen uns dann auf eigene Kosten dort zu frühstücken. Dann wurde uns seitens des Vermietersdie neue Lokalität mitgeteilt. Ich bat um Erstattung des Fruehstueckspreises, da wir ja zwischenzeitlich schon gefrühstückt hatten und uns auf den Weg zum Flughafen machen mussten. Das ist bis heute nicht erfolgt.

Cudowny czas

Wszystko ok. Przed przyjazdem trzeba się zameldować online. 80m obok hotelu są boksy, w których można przechować bagaż przed/po wymeldowaniu. Kody do mieszkania dostaliśmy punktualnie, nie było problemu z dostępem (trzeba czytać ze zrozumieniem!). W mieszkaniu wszystko, co potrzebne. Lokalizacja idealna.
