Petit logement bien décoré dans un immeuble très ancien dans le vieux Dole (dans son jus pour les parties communes). La climatisation en cette période de canicule.
Odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain.

Das Appartement ist klein und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage im Zentrum der Stadt ist perfekt. Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe (ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg) standen problemlos zur Verfügung. Ebenso gab es freie kostenlose Fahrradboxen in der Nähe für unsere E-Bikes. Dole ist kleine wunderschöne Stadt am europäischen Fernradweg Velo 6. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock und muss bei hohen Temperaturen mit einer mobilen Klimaanlage gekühlt werden.
Trotz mobiler Kühlung bleibt die Wohnung bei sehr heißem Wetter gerade in der Nacht warm. Die mobile Klimaanlage war für uns zum Schlafen zu laut und da es nur nur ein relativ kleines Fenster gibt, gibt es keine gute Belüftung mit frischer kühler Nachluft.

Ce petit studio est très agréable et propre. Comme j'avais pu le lire dans les commentaires l'immeuble et la rue peuvent surprendre mais le logement est impeccable et la situation centrale au top ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut y compris la climatisation ce qui est vraiment agréable. Mickaël a été très sympa dans nos échanges et très pro ! Et le grand + pour moi c'est que mon petit chien a été le bienvenu ! Je recommande cette location 👌
