Really comfortable apartment right in the city centre with everything you need for a short stay.

The instructions for finding the apartment, getting into the apartment and where to park my car work were very clear and made getting there easy. It was very clean and warm with a very comfortable bed. I accidentally broke a glass and the owner couldn’t have been nicer about it. There is a lot of interesting architecture and Canal walks, which is great if you have a pet with you. Very enjoyable.

Well equipped apartment. Clean and convenient location

3rd floor, so would be difficult if you had mobility issues or heavy luggage. No fire safety equipment such as fire extinguisher or fire blankets, fire exit etc.

We enjoyed our stay at the appartement and love Dole.

Good location, easy instructions for entry, modern tidy appartement. Good shower, dog friendly. Good follow ups with owner.

It got very hot at night, not the fault of the owner, but no fly screen so had to close the window to stop mozzies etc and only one fan.

Meget chamerende lejlighed som lå inde i den gamle bydel tæt på alle seværdigheder. Vi kan virkelig anbefale denne skønne lejlighed. Der var alt hvad man kunne ønske i lejligheden.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufwnthalt in einem niedlichen kleinen Appartement am Rand der hübschen Altstadt von Dole.

Sie war sehr schön eingerichtet und gestaltet. Sehr sauber und sie hat eine tolle Lage, die schöne Altstadt direkt vor der Tür.👍

Un petit appartement qui porte bien son nom🤗

Tout est parfait, l'emplacement, l'appartement super cosy, la décoration top, cerise sur le gâteau, y'a même Netflix 🤩nous avons passé un excellent week-end avec notre fidèle compagnon. Je recommande à 100%. Que du bonheur 😍rapport qualité prix imbattable. Un hote toujours à l'écoute. Juste parfait. Merci

Attrape touriste

Dommage que tous soit fais pour économiser radiateur pré régler sur 19 si vous êtes frileux repasser . Le ballon eau chaude éteint . Heureusement que le frigo était allumé. Message de l’hôte qui vous relancer pour éteindre les radiateurs pas allumé du coup et surtout le ballon d’eau chaude . Attention les photos sont loin de la réalité. L’immeuble bien situé inspire tous sauf confiance après le passage de la porte de l’immeuble. Je séjourne souvent à dole et j’ai pour habitude d’aller au relais de la gare j’ai voulu changer pour essayer mais à ce prix là sincèrement plus jamais le relais est bien plus confortable . Déplus l’eau chaude et le chauffage son disponible à votre arrivé et vous n’êtes pas harceler pour tous éteindre à votre départ . J’invite les propriétaires à penser aussi au confort des clients et pas qu’à la rentabilité 80 euros à l’hôtel vous n’êtes pas sous contrôle de vos dépense d’énergie…….. Aussi attention aussi au futur personne vous êtes relancer pour faire le ménage par l’hôte dans son sms jeter les poubelles etc….. dommage que de tel pratique soit accepté

Une très belle découverte

Super studio très bien aménagé et très propre. J'ai apprécié les petites attentions comme les serviettes bien disposées sur le lit ou du thé et café mis à disposition. Le studio est très calme sans nuisance du voisinage. L'appartement est idéalement situé car tout est faisable à pied. Dole est une très belle ville et nous avons beaucoup aimés notre séjour. Notre hôte a été très sympathique et attentionné dans nos échanges par mail et sms. Je vous conseille les yeux fermés cette location.

A recommander pour un séjour de quelques jours à Dole.

Très agréable séjour dans ce studio de deux pièces dans le vieux Dole. L'ensemble est tout neuf (contrairement à ce qu'on peut croire en rentrant dans l'immeuble), bien équipé, propre et délicatement décoré. L'hôte est dispo et attentif. Un parking gratuit de la ville est à 5 min à pied. Nous recommandons!!

Dole ist eine sehr charmante Stadt und das Sudio passt hervorragend dazu

Für das Frühstück waren wir selber zuständig, Kaffeemaschine war gut und eine Bäckerei in der Nähe. Ein Parkplatz zu finden war ein bisschen problematisch aber die Lage war sonst sehr gut. Das Studio ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet.

Une ptite nuit agréable à Dole

Le studio est vraiment très mignon, très cosy et très fonctionnel. Il est situé tout proche du centre ville et c’est très agréable. Le propriétaire est disponible et réactif au moindre besoin. C’est une belle expérience pour une nuit à Dole et je le recommande sans hésiter.

Pas de parking privé mais des places dans les rues adjacentes entre gratuites et payantes à 2€ le 2h donc ce n’est pas gênant.

Nuit au calme dans charmant nid douillet

La clarté des consignes pour trouver le logement et les clefs, la décoration, le confort et la grande propreté, les équipements et la localisation. La rue et l'immeuble sont très calmes. Il y a une sympathique librairie pas très loin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les lieux. Merci à Mickael !

Lage und Wohnung sind top. Die Sauberkeit und Feuchte im Treppenhaus lassen viele Wünsche offen .

Die Organisation , die Ausstattung und Lage.

Die Haustüre stand offen, aber vielleicht war dies von Handwerkerseite nötig, da unterhalb der recht neuen Wasseranschlüsse noch eine Wasserlache war, sie war noch nicht abgetrocknet.. Als wir ankammen, war das ganze Treppenhaus vom weißen Wandputzstaub besetzt. Es war nach den Bauarbeiten nicht gewischt worden.
