Spend some extra money and go somewhere else
The location of the flat is good - Dole is beautiful
The parking instructions were not provided in advance and so was confusing as to where to park - we ended up paying for parking Finding the apartment was not a good experience - as you enter the building there is an unpleasant drain smell and if you do go here make sure you go through the glass door on the first floor I had to clean the whole bathroom before we could use it as it was very dirty - soap scum on the sink and cabinet and body fluids on the toilet - dust and hardened scum on the shower cubicle floor Looking at the rest of the flat there was a large amount of dust on most surfaces including dirt swirls where someone had tried to clean the mirror The sofa that turns into a bed is pointless and as soon as you sit on it you slip nearly onto the floor I did let the owner know about these problems and he was responsive - he stated they had a cleaning company in to clean the place over the holiday period and valued the feedback - if I was him I'd claim my money back! He did say as compensation I did not have to pay the tourist tax - so overall he did respond to the problems

Agréable séjour
Duplex très charmant, jolie décoration. Tout équipement mis à disposition. Tres silencieux. Facilité d'échange avec les propriétaires. Beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir à Dole et aux alentours
Pas de parking attenant au logement. Obligés de traverser les rues avec nos bagages. Nous avons dû faire de la plomberie dans les toilettes car la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas et l'évier de la cuisine bouché. Nous avons trouvé une poêle pleine d'huile usagée.

Difficile puisque le duplex ne correspond pas du tout à l'annonce (CHARMANT!!!)
uniquement l'emplacement du logement
L'odeur nauséabonde du couloir et de la salle de bains lorsque nous sommes entrés dans le logement. La présence de deux postes de télévision qui ne fonctionnent pas. Un logement sale, des toiles d'araignée, une couche de poussière à chaque étage, le frigo jamais dégivré, une plaque de cuisson délabrée, des casseroles rayées , le remplissage du réservoir des toilettes dure une 1/2 journée. Pour conclure nous avons réglé 53 euros pour le ménage inexistant. Nous demandons un dédommagement.
