Good location by old town , bike parking safe, quiet and roomy, well equipped kitchen, bright and interesting views. Arrived weekend of Food and Drink Festival- brilliant occasion!

No blind on front window = difficult using sofa bed due to light. Requested 2 beds but just one made up - second duvet found in wardrobe and we were equipped with camping sleeping sheet.

Very central and specious, bed needs an update

Great location, spacious apartment, pretty view from the windows on historic houses, very responsive hosts.

Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. I understand having to take the linens off when leaving the apartment, but I believe it is too much to request your guests to take the trash out and put all the washed dishes back into the cabinets. This is the task of the housekeeping that comes to clean the apartment after check-out.

Very good apartment in a central location

The apartment was clean and everything was well prepared for us. The shower was hot and had good pressure. We did not use the kitchen, so I cannot comment on the equipment. The matresses were in good shape. We parked at the roundabout parking lot close by (free overnight parking from 7pm to 8am). For our purpose (a quick stay over on the way), the apartment was perfect.

A lovely, tastefully decorated, spacious apartment. One of the best that we have stayed in and very good value for money. Our host, Nathalie met us on arrival and was happy to offer us an earlier check in time. Everything was very clean with an excellent kitchen so that we could prepare a meal. Right in the heart of Dole, very near the Tourism office. Secure parking for our bicycles in the courtyard. Lovely view of the park outside the city wall.

clean, spacious apartment in an excellent location,in the centre of town, but quiet. Very good WiFi. Check in is very smooth

The only slight inconvenience was that the towels in the bathroom were way too small.

It’s a large apartment in an interesting building in the centre of an interesting and pleasant town.

Nothing really not to like. It would have been preferable to have WiFi. Parking is not so simple but to be expected in the centre of a town. There is an underground car park within walking distance and places available at various locations

Pas de drap pour le canapé, seul le lit etait utilisable Sollicité pour obtenir des draps supplémentaires pour le canapé, le propriétaire annonce que ce n est pas prévu puisque nous ne l avons pas demandé. Sauf erreur de ma part, le logement dispose de 4 couchages, 2 personnes ne signifient pas forcément qu'elles dorment dans le même lit et rien n oblige à prevenir. De grandes serviettes auraient été appréciées plutôt que 2 petites serviettes rêches pour s essuyer.

Emplacement parfait, proximité de l'Office du tourisme .Très bonnes indications des propriétaires (même pour le parking) . Appartement tout confort en effet, au calme, propreté exemplaire, bien chauffé avec déco de bon goût . Des attentions charmantes : dosettes de café, thé, cacao, petits biscuits, diffuseur de parfum discret ... On sent que les propriétaires sont au petit soin pour leurs hôtes.

Appartement spacieux ! Et l'emplacement est idéal ! A 2 pas du centre ville et littéralement à 2 pas de l'office du tourisme !
