La chambre est bien située et bien que petite, elle est vraiment très bien aménagée. Pratique et tout est accessible à pied.

Les voisins étudiants sont fêtards et l'isolation quasi nulle + le matelas est d'époque = difficile de bien se reposer.

The studio would be wonderful with a door in the WC & salle de bain.

The flat is ideally located for the many restaurants in the city's old town as well as all of the main tourist sites (cathedral, museum of art, Joan of Arc church etc.). The lack of wifi turned out to be handy in terms of staying off the phone in the evening.

Unfortunately the closeness to those restaurants could make things difficult for light sleepers as the crowd noise from al fresco diners filters up to the flat & the restaurant whose kitchen backs onto the foot of the flat access stairs gets deliveries in the early morning. The construction of the property also makes it very heat-retentive so when it's 36 degrees outside you could be in for an uncomfortable night's sleep, especially if you're unlucky enough to have a biting insect in with you. A step up to the shower would also probably be of benefit to many people. Water pressure in the toilet means you'll have to flush more than once and due to the area's hard water the kettle could do with descaling (or just boil water for tea in the coffee percolator as that works fine). Access instructions for the street gate and the lock box could easily be provided in a message prior to arrival.
