Il prezzo e la posizione, casa pulita.
Consiglio di mettere delle spiegazioni su come aprire il letto e come posizionare il tavolo sotto al letto ( consiglio di fare un piccolo video). Mancava la luce delle scale.

Petit appartement très bien agencé et propre. Idéalement situé dans le centre-ville. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire.

Le logement est bruyant car il se trouve à côté d'un restaurant. Une fois le canapé lit déplié vous ne pouvez pas fermé la porte de la chambre pour atténuer le bruit et il reste peu de place pour descendre l'escalier. Cela est problématique la nuit pour aller au toilette.

Нам сподобалось розташування, в самому центрі Руану. Ми не бачили господарки помешкання але вона була постійно на звʼязку. Чисто, кухня обладнана усім необхідним.
Важко було знайти помешкання навіть з навігатором. Бокс для ключів не працює як треба, ледве дістали ключі, ще більше часу витратили щоб покласти їх назад, але так і не змогли. Занадто мале помешкання, не відразу знайшли ліжко трансформер. Але це не було критично і навіть сподобалось вирішувати такі квести!!!
