Location is good Bar and convenience shop downstairs, but it can also be a minute because of sound people make. Kitchen had enough utensils A/C. Spacious
It’s dirty, bathroom is terrible, things like pots in the kitchen are greasy Be ready to fight with huge cockroaches Construction sight just next to it, so it’s very loud in the morning and loud in the evening because of bar and shop Air conditioner in the bedroom doesn’t work Be ready that balcony is big enough for just one person to stand
