Very convenient location. We were attending a conference at the convention centre and it was only a five minute walk Excellent washer / dryer Generous living space Felt secure

The biggest issue was the light coming into the bedrooms. The blinds were not blockout which meant full light at 5am I ended up sleeping on the floor in the wardrobe for a few nights It’s noisy, but that’s to be expected in central city location

The location and the view were great, and it was so helpful having kitchen and laundry facilities available.

The layout of the beds in the Master Bedroom had us sleeping in 2 beds rather than one; the mattresses were very uncomfortable. There were a number of light bulbs out (which were eventually attended to 4 days later); the coffee pot only made 4 cups at a time, which was way too small for a unit of this size; the dishwasher was not attached to the cabinet so kept pulling out; there was just one roll of paper toweling of extremely poor quality; there were no cleaning supplies for the kitchen or bathrooms; the washing machine leaked, the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom kept falling apart; both shower door handles were loose.

The layout and accessories provided by the host. The view was worth every penny.

Noise from the construction site at 5am, loud, boisterous drunks leaving the bars at 2 am and the smell of urine on the balcony was atrocious.

The best location. Comfortable for me and my 2 colleagues.

The company only provided one key fob for the front door, facilities and elevator use. This was a problem. Also, one of the window coverings was entirely missing in one of the 2 bedrooms. This was a privacy and sleep quality problem that was never resolved during our stay.
