It was on ground floor, easily accessible and was very spacious

Girls night away

We stayed as a group of 8. The apartment had plenty of space for us all. 3 double rooms(1 ensuite), and 2 twin rooms. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped with crockery, etc. Towels were also provided in each room. Access to the apartment was very straightforward.

There was no dishwasher, which wasn't an issue, but the kitchen had no dish cloth or drying towel provided. When I questioned this with reception, I was told they "just don't provide them". I asked if we could get kitchen roll, but again, I was told this wasn't provided. The chairs in the dining area were very flimsy & falling apart. There were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom or ensuite. Ensuite shower head kept turning towards the wall, so it wasn't fit for purpose. There were no mirrors anywhere in the house except the 2 bathrooms, which again was inconvenient with 8 females sharing. I think all the issues I have listed above could be easily rectified to make the apartment more comfortable for guests.

Clean. Decent location. Poor quality sleep.

Well cleaned. Manager was responsive.

Poor beds and curtains were too thin with strong floodlights outside made it difficult to sleep. Water pump keeps going off also. Quite cold initially, took some time to warm up. Broadband was hit and miss and the TV was not connected so could barely watch anything other than Amazon prime which was jittery due to poor broadband.
