Beware scam

I booked and paid in full for apartment for 1 night. 9 and a half hours after booking confirmation the property contacted me requesting a €300 damage deposit. They said it would be returned to me 5-7 days after checking out. They sent a link and said it couldn't be paid through booking.com. There was no indication of this deposit having to be paid on booking.com and the property admitted as much. I explained that I didn't have €300 to spare and requested that either the booking stood as it was or that they return the €153 I had paid so I could book alternative accommodation. They told me I would have to cancel through booking.com website. I did this straight away and received confirmation from booking.com that they had contacted the property and requested that I be refunded and that they were hoping to have an answer from the property shortly. The property didn't respond. Then after this the property rang me once and emailed me twice still trying to collect the €300 deposit from me. So, I ended up having to cancel my trip as the money wasn't returned and I got an email from booking.com 2 days later saying the property hadn't responded to them either. I'm €153 out of pocket because of this so just beware if thinking of staying here

It was very spacious, the rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. It was really close to the highway. Quiet community..

Nothing really, we only stayed for 6 hours. We just wanted a place to stay for the night coming from Galway to catch an early flight from Dublin.

The location was perfect for attending a convention at TUS. The check in process was easy. The kitchen facilities were great. The beds were comfy.

L liked after we contacted management they sent an email to get the code to the key This was nice.

The phone # didn't work. No one was on site and we were sent multiple emails with wrong information. The unpleasant part when we got in is even with the instructions we still couldn't take a hot shower when we got their. We tried for an hour. It sucked! Better instructions needed. Or have it turned on before guests arrive.

It was a lovely big apartment just for the 2 of us. The complex was quite at night.

There was an unusual smell in the apartment when we arrived but it clear when we open the windows and doors. Having to go up stairs a couple of times with all the baby stuff was strenuous. I would have liked a ground floor apartment.

Miscommunication about apart # and it's location. Up 2 flights of stairs, dark entrance area with step up at door and therefore step down as you exit the door. Dirty apartment with visibly unswept dirty floors. The bathroom floor appears to never been washed. Bathroom fan not working and without a cover with wires exposed. No sweeping brush or vacuum or cleaning supplies beyond a scrubby and dish soap. Beds rickety and very uncomfortable. Living room couches looked wrecked and felt uncomfortable to sit on. Chairs seat covers wrecked and dirty, chairs wobbly and need tightening. Only 2 small pots and 1 small frying pan to cook with. Noisy neighbourhood. Way too high a price for a poorly maintained student accomodation.

Major let down to the property was lack of hot water in the shower, reported to the host and eventually got maintenance to look at it, but unfortunately couldn't get it fixed. Eventually got moved to another apartment.

Much Too expansive for the quality.

Easy way to "check-in and check-out". We realised that The bathroom door handle was broken when we arrived. Somebody came to fixe it in the evening.

We are a family of five. We stayed 4 nights. Beside that we had 5 beds, we only had 4 sets to eat (4 forks, 4 plates, 4 spoons... and 4 chairs!). Our bedside lamps had no bulb. We send several messages to Ash for an extra chair and dinner set. We had answer, but nothing came, but an extra chair the last day. We are very desapointed: this apartment is not worth almost 200€ a night!!!

The mattress on my bed- a double - was very poor quality and very thin; I could feel every spring. I would at least expect comfort for the price I paid. It was poorly equipped in the kitchen, no coffee maker or cafetière, no sharp knives or bread knife. We were left some dishwasher tablets but there was no dishwasher. Overall poor.

Horrible! Do not stay here!!

There really wasn't anything to like about this property, it was the only thing available for the night we needed after our original booking was cancelled last minute.

WE had NO key!!! Upon arrival the front door was unlocked, no key in the lock box. We were able to enter but not able to lock the door(door was even hard to close securely). We couldn't go out for dinner due to the fact we couldn't leave our belongings in an unlocked unit. The TV did not work!! One bathroom did not have a shower curtain and the toilet lid fell off!! The beds were not comfortable. When we reached out to the property we were promised a refund that never came!!

Dirty, run down, shower door broken, shower head broken in 3 places, had to hold the shower head when washing with one hand, overall very unsatisfactory.
