La struttura bella accogliente e pulita
Abbiamo avuto diversi disagi durante il soggiorno. La lavastoviglie era guasta, e il personale non è stato affatto cordiale. Il garage che ci era stato assegnato era occupato, e dopo vari giri nel sotterraneo, ci hanno detto che dovevamo prenotarlo. Inoltre, il giorno dopo Capodanno, abbiamo trovato le gomme a terra dopo aver parcheggiato in un parcheggio a pagamento. Quando abbiamo chiesto una pompa, la risposta è stata scortese e negativa, senza alcun tentativo di aiuto. Non torneremo mai più.
