The location was perfect , close to supermarkets but not so close that it caused a traffic or noise nuisance! The property had everything that you would need and more to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to family and friends.

The location was great. A few minutes walk of the town and river. The private parking was welcome and the outdoor seating area was lovely in the sunshine. The house is very well appointed and the kitchen is fantastic. It is a great staging point for Beccles and the wider area.
There is only one tv. This was limiting with a 15 year old who wanted the only tv in the lounge to use for gaming. There is a shortage of mirrors especially in the top floor bathroom.
