Boars Head

Really great pub. Very friendly staff. Room comfortable and clean.

Bathroom was great but not sure about it not being en-suite to the room.

It was quaint and staff lovely.

I tried to use the shower but the water would heat. Didn’t have time to tell the staff.

Location was good staff and customers in pub very welcoming pub food good wide range of beers and ales

ensuite in room very small and knees touched door when on loo which not ideal steep stairs to room.

Bathroom separate from the bedroom, no on-site parking, there is free parking close by but you can't see it from your room. Also, on the first night, somebody came in at around midnight and woke us up. You could hear absolutely everything, he was coughing, walking around, and heard him get a microwave meal, popping the film, banging it in the microwave, then set the microwave going, then it dinging, then setting it going again.. for about an hour all we could hear was him walking around and coughing. The wall was paper-thin. We could also hear the door downstairs constantly banging as people were walking through it, just really noisy so didn't get much sleep
