Modernised cottage to an exceptional standard! Inside it’s modern and homely. Nice taste!
A safety gate at the top of the stairs would be helpful maybe for older or very young people? Just a thought and not in any way a criticism!

Lovely little cottage, clean and nice added extras like milk, butter, plum bread, tea & coffee. Towels were provided and cottage smelt lovely. Very close to shops, bars and restaurants all walkable.
Check out was a bit too early as we had a wedding the day before and could of done with an extra hour or two in bed

Beautifully presented, clean and well equipped cottage. Great for visiting the coast, Lincoln and 2 minute walk into the town centre.

This was our 2nd visit to the property which is in an excellent location. The property perfect - very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The hosts left lovely welcome treats which were much appreeciated and enjoyed. Definitley be back for a thrid visit
