Sweetpea Cottage - Sleeps 5 Parking & Pets Ok

Great for parking. Host friendly and on hand next door for any problems. Cosy. Good location for a walk into town or to head to the beach/wolds for a day out. Cosy.

Owners very welcoming and friendly. Cottage very comfortable with everything you could want for a pleasant stay.

Parking a bit tight but everything else was fab.

Host's were really nice and helpful, for example the Wi-Fi was sorted out within half an hour of my reporting trouble. Also, I booked it for anyone travelling for a funeral who needed a bed, so I couldn't say in advance who would be staying when. Hosts were very understanding and accommodating.

Maybe could use a mop to dry the bathroom floor, and a wee shelf in the shower for shampoo etc but that's all I can think of.

The location of the cottage is very convenient close to Louth and Aldi. Road was quiet. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The price was good value. The place was clean, although the cleaning product used was a little over powering. The smart TV was a great addition, the Wifi signal was good. Some books and games in the cupboard which was a nice touch. Also some fairy and washing up things provided. We would definitely stay again.

It was cold. The electric heaters were not the best. We had the added benefit of the electric meters running for free, which was great. (Normally to pay for) If you stay here in winter, you definitely need to bring slippers and extra blankets. No towels or bath mat provided. It is a basic little cottage and was sufficient for what we needed. It Should be noted that there are gates to the little complex to open and close as you enter and leave. This wasn't clear on the booking details, so we struggled to find it at first.
